UK's leading Master Developer

The UK’s leading master developer Urban&Civic part of the independent global charitable organisation, The Wellcome Trust, have partnered with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council to form the first-of-its-kind development partnership.

Manydown Basingstoke will be a new neighbourhood including a 250-acre countryside park, complete with new schools, local centres and a further 130 acres of open space.
