The Outcome
Logo Development
The name “Bisviridi” was created from the Latin words “bis” (meaning “twice”) and “viridi” (meaning “green”). The brand mark features two distinctive elements symbolising oil drops, visually representing the “twice green” concept while creating an instantly recognisable icon that works across multiple applications.
Brand Assets
Drawing inspiration from the anaerobic digestion process itself, we created distinctive brand patterns that replicate wheat plants – a visual reference to the crops and food waste used to create energy in AD plants. These patterns provide a consistent visual language that could be applied across all brand touchpoints.
Colour Palette
Our research-informed colour selection includes:
Dark Green: Representing stability and environmental responsibility, this anchor colour establishes Bisviridi as a serious player in the sustainability sector
Light Green: Symbolising growth and innovation, bringing freshness and energy to the brand while reinforcing the environmental benefits
Blue: Chosen to represent the liquid nature of both the extraction process and the final biodiesel product, while also conveying trust and reliability
Off-White: Providing breathing space and a clean backdrop that ensures the technical information remains accessible and easy to digest
Together, these colours create a palette that feels both naturally inspired and technically sophisticated – the perfect balance for a brand operating at the intersection of environmental science and industrial processing.
Typography
We selected ‘Outfit’, a sans serif typeface that strikes the perfect balance between technical precision and approachability. Its friendly yet bold character creates immediate familiarity while maintaining the professional credibility needed when introducing revolutionary technology. The font’s clean lines and excellent readability ensure complex information remains accessible to decision-makers across the anaerobic digestion sector.
