From Multiple Voices to One Mission: Building the Online Hub for Educational Change

Client: Inclusion Education

Industry: Specialist Education & Mental Health Support

Service: Website Design

Inclusion Education was at a crossroads. With an increasing portfolio of educational settings and a huge mission to make a change, they needed to unite their voice whilst building towards something bigger. Their existing website couldn’t tell the story of where they were heading or help them attract the partners, investors, and advocates they needed for growth.

The Challenge

How do you build a website that serves as both an expert voice on SEMH and a launch pad for national change? Inclusion Education needed to balance multiple audiences – from educators, local authorities, and mental health charities to potential investors and policymakers – while maintaining its core mission of supporting the most vulnerable young people.

The complexity was clear:

All while continuing to operate schools that Ofsted could inspect at any time. Change isn’t easy.

HOW DID IT GO?

What We Built

The Results

Immediate Digital Impact Within one month of launch, the website delivered impressive early performance metrics:

What We Also Achieved

"Working with The Typeface Group this year has been incredible. Their knowledge around what really works, what matters and how to 'cut through the noise' to achieve real progress, is having great results for us. I am over the moon with our new website, precise messaging and impact that I could have of only dreamt of! Really looking forward to the future work we have planned with them!"

Why It’s Working

Together, we didn’t just build a website – we’ve created the digital foundation for Inclusion Education’s evolution from local charity to national changemaker. By anchoring everything in their core message that “with the right support, every young learner can transform their relationship with education,” we gave them a platform that works for today’s needs whilst building towards tomorrow’s foundation. The site embodies their belief that the system is broken, but rather than just pointing out problems, it demonstrates the solution in action. When local authorities see 1 in 3 children refusing school and 30% of youth suicide cases involving school problems, Inclusion Education’s hub stands ready as the evidence-based alternative. This isn’t just the online home of their current mission – it’s the launchpad for changing how the UK thinks about vulnerable young people and education.
